I am native of Germany who came to the United States at the age of ten. In 2006 I graduated from the San Francisco Art Institute with a bachelor degree in fine art photography. At SFAI I studied under such notables as Linda Connor, Jack Fulton and Hank Wessel.

I currently reside in the lovely hamlet of Washington D.C., where I dabble in journalism and occasionally watch the leader of the free world fly by my bedroom window. Other daily events of note include, but are not limited to, the consumption of coffee, cigarettes and a vast amount of internet bilge that occasionally finds its way into my blog, IntraFlaneur.

This website showcases a small portion of my photographic canon to date. I update the galleries about as frequently as I can manage to pull together a coherent body of work. Often I will post random updates to my Observations gallery, which I like to consider more or less a repository of visual impressions and reactions to things I see around me. Less a cogent series than a sluggardly trudge through the swamp of sentience.

This site is, as ever, a work in progress and may at times seem much less interesting than this bio. So please bear with me and be well.
